Terms of Service & Info

★ Payment ★Commissions are done via Paypal invoice. Payment is a minimum of 50% upfront. If not paid in full upfront, high resolution files will be delivered only upon complete payment.The prices listed above are base prices and include one character, a few detailed accessories, a gradient or simple painted background (eg. sky). For very complex accessories, extra characters or very detailed backgrounds we can discuss additional fees.I can adjust pricing based on detail, and focus more of my attention in key areas of the painting only, so if the price is slightly out of budget, or you'd like a detailed sketch, please contact me and we can work out a custom commission tier that is catered to the quality and price you prefer.These prices are based on personal use commissions, if you would like to use your commissioned artwork for profit please inquire about commercial use.

★ Files ★The files include: high resolution artwork, low resolution artwork, watermarked versions and optionally slightly different color variants to account for preference. These are delivered via Google Drive and should be downloaded within 2 weeks.

★ Process ★With the type of commission you'd like, please also include reference for the artwork in your original message(s). This can be anything that informs the look of your character, their personality, or other elements you'd like included in the artwork.Some examples of this are: character sheets, photographs of people they look like, detailed written description, images that have the right mood you envision, picrews or doodles, even handmade sketches of the pose you like. I'm very comfortable with developing my own ideas for the character, but I want to make sure the artwork suits you and what you have in mind, so any information is good information, as little or as much as you have.I will contact you to discuss the commission, and once we agree on a price I will need an email address to send yout Paypal invoice to.After first payment I can begin working and you will receive 1-3 rough sketches to approve from. After that I will keep you updated for each stage of the painting: detailed sketch, flat colors, semi-shaded and fully finished, pending changes.The sketching stage is the perfect time to ask for changes or correct any mistakes I may have made in interpreting your vision. Any minor mistakes or color changes can be corrected once I begin painting in earnest, but big changes are a lot easier to manage in the earlier stages of the painting (eg. sketch or flat colors).I may post the commission and painting timelapse on my social media accounts or on this carrd page, let me know if you'd like to keep the commission private and or anonymous (posted without credit to you specifically).Commissions typically have around a 2 week turnaround, but I reserve up to 10 weeks from payment, unless a hard deadline is agreed upon, in case of emergency or undue circumstances in my life.

★ Refunds ★If I feel I am unable to continue working on the commission I will offer you a full refund regardless of commission status.If you would like to refund the commission after I have begun working on it, I can offer you a partial refund of 50 to 85% percent of the original full commission price, depending on how far along the commission is (eg. rough sketches, sketch approved vs flat colors or rough painting stage complete). Once the commission is completed it is non refundable.
